About Us

Your Community Health has been helping people across Melbourne’s northern suburbs meet their health and wellbeing goals for over 45 years. We deliver a wide range of services including COVID-19 response, medical, dental, allied health, social support, Aboriginal Health and Trans and Gender Diverse in Community Health programs across our three health centres in Darebin.

We also partner with our communities and fellow health and social services organisations to deliver safe, inclusive and affirming health and wellbeing services, and promote equity.

We are passionate about our work and fostering a team that reflects the communities we serve. We welcome and encourage applications from people in the LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, disability and culturally diverse communities, as well as those with lived experience in areas in which we work. We will work with you to ensure a safe, supportive and affirming workplace and address any barriers you may experience to full participation.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our organisation is located and where we conduct our business, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging, and acknowledge that they have never ceded sovereignty.
